Recent aerial infrared roof scans were done over the coast of Volusia County which revealed numerous structures with water intrusion issues. As you can see in the infrared photo to the right, the buildings roof at the top has areas which are lighter in color. These areas are trapped moisture in the underlayment. The infrared image at the bottom has no problems found. If you have received your structure's image from our company, we are offering you a detailed report which contains CAD drawings, locations of water intrusion outlined on digital and infrared aerial photographs. This information will inform you of the condition of one of the most expensive components of your building.
